- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made or prescription lenses.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Refund Process:
- Contact Us: Initiate the return by contacting our customer service team at support@frameshop.site with your order details and reason for the return.
- Shipping Your Return: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
